This February marked a very special milestone for us here at STEM Recruitment Solutions — our 10th anniversary.
Ten years ago, we set out with a simple but ambitious goal: to connect exceptional STEM talent with the businesses that need them most. What started as a small operation has grown into one of Scotland’s trusted specialist recruitment partners, supporting engineers, technologists, scientists, and mathematicians at every stage of their careers.
Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of placing hundreds of candidates into roles that have genuinely shaped their careers, and of helping businesses across Scotland and beyond build the skilled, capable teams they need to grow and innovate.
None of this would have been possible without the candidates who trusted us with their job searches, the clients who partnered with us to find the right people, and the wider STEM community that has supported us along the way. Every placement, every conversation, and every long-term relationship we’ve built has contributed to something we’re genuinely proud of.
