With demand for high-spec wet and dry labs, good manufacturing practice ready space, and flexible multi-occupancy buildings now outstripping supply, there’s a clear market opportunity for landlords, property developers, universities, and investors who know how to deliver these kinds of assets.
That’s why we’ve established the £35.3 million Life Sciences Accommodation Programme (LSAP) to help address short- to medium-term gaps and support commercially viable developments.
LSAP has an always on application process, but we will review applications on a quarterly basis, with the first stage-one submission deadline being Wednesday 16 September 2026.
